Lytton Sports Trials (Students born 2012, 2013 and 2014)
Term 1 is always exceptionally busy for Lytton District Sport trials. All trial information will be posted via the school website, sign-up sheets will be placed on the HPE notice boards and our House Captains will also remind students by visiting each Year 4-6 class on a fortnightly rotation.
Please note that selection for these teams is highly competitive and we recommend that students applying to trial are playing club level (preferably Division 1 or equivalent). Most team sports are Under 12’s (with the exception of Netball and Rugby League which have U11 teams); so, whilst students who are born in 2014 are eligible to trial, they must be aware that they will be trialling against older students.
Touch Football Trials (Girls and Boys born in 2012, 2013 and 2014)
There will be a Boys and Girls touch football trial to select students to attend the Lytton Touch Trials. This will be held on Monday 29 January at 1st Break on Carey Field. Please come down at the start of 1st Break. Bring your lunch, hat, water bottle and appropriate clothes to trial in. You may bring your footy boots if you wish. Please sign up at the PE office so we know how many students will be attending.
